Essential tips:

 

 

Proof of Purchase Needed

 

For Online Merchandise: You’ll need your invoice or printed email confirmation (please keep in mind: Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.)

 

 

For Store Merchandise: Be sure to bring your original receipt to the store of purchase  (If you can’t find it, we’ll exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit, based on the lowest selling price of that merchandise.)

 

Date of Purchase - All Merchandise

  • Within 90 days of purchase, you’ll receive credit back to the original payment method shown on your receipt.

 

  • If you’re past the 90-day mark, you’re still worry-free. We’ll issue your refund as a merchandise credit.

 

 

By the way…

 

For In-Store Exchanges & Returns: All stores require an electronic scan of your government-issued ID for all exchanges and returns, solely for the purpose of preventing return abuse; we’ll never sell the information obtained through this process. If you’d like a copy of your store return history, call The Retail Location.
